Check the Status of Your Philips Mail-in Rebate

As an incentive for purchasing a Philips Sonicare DiamondClean, FlexCare Platinum, or FlexCare+ rechargeable toothbrush customers can take advantage of the $25 Mail-In Rebate that is currently offered.  The rebate is only good for purchases made between February 23, 2020 and February 31, 2020.  Customers can utilize the mail-in rebate form they found in an advertisement or newspaper circular.

The rebate requires that you complete your name, address, phone number, and email address then submit the form by mail.  Other required documents needed to process your rebate is the original proof of purchase cut from the package and dated sales receipt (be sure to circle the purchase price and store).   It is necessary that customers follow these simple instructions when submitting their rebate otherwise their rebate can be denied.  If you are denied a rebate due to missing information you will have an opportunity to resubmit and have your rebate reviewed again.

The mailing address is Philips Sonicare, PO Box 29308, Shawnee Mission, KS  66201-5367.  After sending the form via mail customers can check on the status of their rebate by visiting the Philips Rebate Center online.  It typically takes up to 8 weeks to receive your rebate in the mail but the online center is available for customers to check on their rebate anyway.

When utilizing the online rebate center to check the status of your rebate the process is simple only requiring you to enter your name and postal code.  If your rebate information is found in the system the status of it will be displayed on the screen.
