The Texas Roadhouse Employee Portal is created for logging employees in and viewing their paystub, including access to their W-2. The portal can be found at: txrhlive.com and available to employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Users of the account will be able to see in electronic form their printed paystub. It details your hours worked, wages, tax info, deductions, etc. Your W-2 will be presented in the same digital format from this website for you to download and print out.
Accessing Texas Roadhouse Employee Portal
For beginning with working your Texas Roadhouse Ultipro account, new customers should follow a few directions. Typically new users will have temporary login credentials that they can change after signing on the first time.
The first thing to do is to choose the language in which the site will be displayed. The options are English or Spanish. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. The first-time user name for store employees other than MP’s is your payroll website username. Your password is your date of birth in the following format – mm/dd/YYYY .
You will use the first part of your email address and password for MP’s Support Center and Store Accounts. After logging in you will need to create a brand new password, this is the first thing you will be prompted to do. Next select three security questions and create a new username.
Texas Roadhouse W2 Info
Employees will not wait for their paper W-2 to be sent to them when it's a period of time to file taxes. They’ll instead receive an electronic copy of their W-2 at the Texas Roadhouse employee website. Employee’s should receive a notification when their W-2 is ready and available in their account.
Once logged in, they can load them and print out a W-2 form to file a tax return. The good thing is if they ever lose the paper copy they can always login to their account and download another copy. The electronic copy won’t be lost but is stored online.
